Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days after they ship. Weather and carrier delays can occasionally extend this timeframe.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO?
Yes— we ship throughout the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How do I track my package or report an issue?
You’ll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If tracking hasn’t updated for 3 business days, or your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier and email us at andrew@drivennootropics.com. Keep all packaging while we help resolve the claim.
Returns
What’s your return window?
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email andrew@drivennootropics.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable, insured service. If we made a mistake with your order, we’ll make it right.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.
